Get ready to have a fun interactive culinary and learning adventure. Food is all about the ingredients. The fresher the items, the tastier the meal will be. We will start with items such as fish that was caught that morning, vegetables from a local farm, herbs from our own garden, eggs from our own chickens. No chemicals, pollutants or preservatives will interfere with our supply chain. We will talk about our local sustainable agriculture and farming culture and learn about the foods significance and availability in Nicaraguan culture as we cook a 3 course meal together. We will make traditional items as well as fusion items from our vast culinary portfolio from operating one of the most innovative catering companies in Florida for almost two decades. After we have created our masterpiece, we all eat together family style and enjoy the fruits of our labor. Wine will be served throughout the experience.
